＞ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally! We recognize there are many fans of Superbat all over the world. Buyers will be responsible for customs fees upon receiving their package. Most notably, the changes to how EU packages will be handled after July 1st. More info can be found here.We are also open to helping organize group orders to cut international shipping costs. We do not ship to these countries due to USPS limitations:
Israel, Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon and Seychelles.
＞ IS YOUR PACKAGING DISCREET?
Yes! There will be no obvious branding on the outside of our packages besides the shipping label.
＞ WHEN WILL THE PROJECT SHIP?
At the moment we are aiming for a Fall 2026 fulfillment period. Preorders end July 8th and production will soon follow into August-September. Depending on the stretch goals we hit, this will also affect the production period!

＞ DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS?
We will only accept refunds during the preorder period. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival or items are missing, please contact us. We may ask you to provide photographic proof of any damage.
